Discussion
It is expected that there will be sufficient rainfall coverage on Wednesday to help stabilize soils for a while. Also, thunderstorm activity over Arizona trends down beginning Thursday with little to no activity over the weekend so that blowing dust is not expected during the forecast period. Thus, the risk for a dust related exceedance is expected to be low. Of note, there may be localized pockets of lofted dust in the mornings associated with agricultural activities (more likely later in the forecast period) but those periods are not expected to be enough to raise the risk out of the Low category.
