AZPDES Permit Reissuance | Pesticide General Permit

On Sept. 15, 2026, the comment period begins for the proposal to reissue the Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) Pesticide General Permit (PGP) for discharges of pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, etc., to Protected Surface Waters in Arizona, except for those on Tribal Lands. The comment period ends Oct. 15, 2026.
